This course deals with analysis of recent literature related to mental retardation from the perspective of : patterns of educational and rehabilitation services and programs, diagnosis and classification, special technologies and materials, familial, social, psychological aspects and needs in the life span, and evaluation of current status and future perspectives locally and regionally .
