Dean of the School of Educational Sciences at the University of Jordan Meets with Students of the Career Readiness Program

​The University of Jordan – As part of the efforts of the School of Educational Sciences at the University of Jordan to enhance students' readiness for the labor market, Professor Dr. Mohammad Sayel Alzyoud, the Dean of the School, met with students enrolled in the Career Readiness Program from various undergraduate specializations. The meeting aimed to introduce them to the pre-graduation job market readiness program and to address any challenges they might face during its implementation.

During the meeting, which was attended by department heads, assistant deans, and School members, Dr. Alzyoud emphasized the crucial role of the program in preparing students for labor market requirements. He explained that it seeks to equip them with the necessary practical and theoretical skills to boost their competitiveness in different work environments. He also highlighted that the gap between academic education and labor market demands is a significant challenge, and this program serves as an effective step in bridging that gap by providing students with the practical and hands-on experience required for professional success.
