Dr. Rabhi Alian from "The School of Educational Sciences" participated in the Public Libraries and Print Books seminar at the Amman International Book Fair. During the event, he discussed the concept of public libraries, their objectives, and their importance as cultural institutions funded and managed by municipalities. 

Dr. Alian also highlighted the various types of public libraries, including large, medium, and small ones, based on their book collections. He emphasized that public libraries can reach all members of the community through branch libraries, children's libraries, and mobile libraries. Other participants in the seminar included Dr. Thamer Al-Shoubaki, the General Director of Greater Amman Municipality Libraries, Mr. Ghaleb Masoud, the Director of Shoman Public Library, and Ms. Ruba Abu Qaoud from the Jordanian Libraries and Information Association.
