Professor Ramzi Fathi Haroun, Vice Dean of the School of Educational Sciences for Quality, Research, and E-Learning, conducted a workshop titled "Active Constructive Learning" for new School members. The participating professors discussed the concept of active constructive learning, its characteristics, and its importance, and compared it with traditional teaching methods.
Dr. Haroun advised the trainees to be passionate about their work and to innovate constantly to foster and sustain enthusiasm. He reminded them of the significant changes in living, learning, and working requirements in the twenty-first century and encouraged them to embrace their comprehensive role as distinguished educators dedicated to the qualitative development of their students. He cautioned them against being overly focused on a limited academic role.
