Call for Trainers for the Postgraduate Diploma in Teacher Preparation Program
The University of Jordan / Amman announces its need to contract qualified trainers for the Postgraduate Diploma in Teacher Preparation Program, in accordance with the following requirements:
Academic Qualifications:
Applicants must hold one of the following:
- PhD or Master's in Science Education with a Bachelor's in any science field (Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Earth Sciences/Geology) or equivalent.
- PhD or Master's in Mathematics Education with a Bachelor's in Mathematics or equivalent.
- PhD or Master's in English Language Education with a Bachelor's in English or equivalent.
- PhD or Master's in Arabic Language Education with a Bachelor's in Arabic or equivalent.
- PhD or Master's in Curriculum and Instruction or General Curriculum with a Bachelor's in Classroom Teaching or Elementary Education.
- PhD or Master's in Social Studies Education with a Bachelor's in Geography, History, or equivalent.
- PhD or Master's in Islamic Education or Curriculum (with thesis in Islamic Education), with a Bachelor's in Sharia or equivalent.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid General TOT (Training of Trainers) certificate.
- ICDL certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching/supervisory experience registered under Social Security.
- Under 55 years of age.
- A 500-word personal statement (in Arabic or English) explaining the applicant's motivation and views on the importance of pre-service teacher training. (English specialists must submit the statement in English).

Dates: Wednesday, July 2, 2025 – Thursday, July 3, 2025
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
Required Documents (non-returnable):
- One personal photo
- Certified copies of academic degrees + transcripts + certified high school transcript
- Equivalency certificate for non-Jordanian degrees
- Copies of required certificates (TOT, ICDL)
- Certified proof of experience (Ministry of Labor or relevant Labor Directorate) + Social Security record
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct (issued within the last 3 months)
- Certified copy of National ID
