Dr. Mohammed Saleem Al-Zuboun from the School of Educational Sciences at the University of Jordan has achieved the highest citation rate in the 2024 report of the Arab Citation & Impact Factor (ARCIF), affiliated with the Ma'arifa database.

Dr. Mohammed Saleem Al-Zuboun from the School of Educational Sciences at the University of Jordan has achieved the highest citation rate in the 2024 report of the Arab Citation & Impact Factor (ARCIF), affiliated with the Ma'arifa database. The report announced that Dr. Al-Zuboun ranked first in the field of educational sciences out of a total of 20,800 authors and also achieved the highest H-Index for this year, ranking first among over 85,200 scientific studies and research papers that underwent evaluation.

The ARCIF report is one of the leading scientific initiatives in the Arab world, as it examines and analyzes thousands of research publications across more than 1,201 peer-reviewed academic journals in various fields. This year, the report analyzed data from over 311,000 scientific articles from various Arab countries to measure citation and impact factors based on precise and reliable criteria.
According to the ARCIF report, Dr. Al-Zuboun’s research has had a significant impact on the scientific community, as reflected in the high number of citations his work has received, which contributed to his position at the top of the list of the most cited researchers for 2024.
It is worth noting that ARCIF is reviewed and accredited by prestigious international entities, including the UNESCO Regional Office for Education in the Arab States in Beirut, the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA), and the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, further enhancing its credibility as a reliable standard for evaluating scientific research in the Arab world.
