The School occupies a building with an approximate area of 19,000 square meters. The School consists of three buildings that are used by the following units:

University Jordan School
University Kindergarten
University Nursery

The University Nursery was established in 1992, and it was inaugurated by Her Royal Highness Princess Basma bint Hussein on October 20, 1992, with the aim of providing security and peace of mind to working mothers at the university. Some of the achievements of the nursery during this period include:

Expansion of the nursery in 2012 by adding four classrooms to accommodate more children and working mothers, increasing the number of children from 60 to 81.

Separation of the kindergarten from the nursery in 2011-2012, utilizing the old building of the kindergarten to accommodate more children, totaling 102.

Change of the nursery's administrative council, with Dr. Taghreed Abu Talib becoming the chairperson, and several members from the Faculty of Nursing, Medicine, and Educational Sciences.
Renovation of the educational building of the nursery under the sponsorship of the National Council for Family Affairs in 2014-2015. The nursery and the updated supplementary building were inaugurated with the support of the University President and Hamoud Pasha Arabiyat, the President of the National Council for Family Affairs, on January 15, 2015, in the presence of several members of parliament and the administrative council of the nursery, as well as parents of the children.

At the beginning of the academic year 2016/2017, the number of children in the nursery reached 95, distributed among 10 classes supervised by 13 teachers.

University Kindergarden:
On February 9, 2012, the University's Board of Trustees decided to merge the University Kindergarten with the School, making it part of the Faculty of Educational Sciences. This decision was implemented starting from the academic year 2012-2013. The kindergarten was relocated to Building 10, and at that time, it had two classes (preschool and preparatory), four teachers, and one staff member (two teachers per class). The number of children in the preparatory class was 16, and in the preschool class, it was 12. The kindergarten's working hours were until 4:00 PM that year.

At the beginning of the academic year 2013-2014, the number of children in the preschool class increased to 20, and the working hours of the kindergarten were changed to match the school's hours, starting at 2:00 PM. However, by the beginning of the second semester of the same academic year, a decision was made to return the kindergarten's working hours to 4:00 PM, making it different from the school's hours.

In the academic year 2014/2015, the kindergarten was divided into four classes, each with one teacher responsible for all the children. The number of children in each class was approximately 20.

Starting from the academic year 2015/2016, the number of children in the kindergarten increased, with each class having more than 20 children.

In the academic year 2022/2023, the number of children in the kindergarten increased to 93, with each class having more than 20 children. It's worth mentioning that English language instruction is provided by one of the school's teachers.
