The report results revealed that Dr. Al-Zboon ranked third among the most cited authors in the field of educational sciences, in addition to achieving joint first place in the H-index, with a value of 10, reflecting the significant scholarly impact of his research and his high academic standing.
This achievement was reported within a comprehensive scientific report that reviewed and analyzed citation data related to approximately 364,000 Arab authors, whose academic and scientific output accounted for 30.5% of total citations, based on the examination of more than 956,000 scientific articles published in Arab academic journals.
The ARCIF impact factor operates under the supervision of a Coordination and Oversight Council that includes representatives from prominent Arab and international institutions, such as the UNESCO Regional Bureau for Education in the Arab States (Beirut), the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA), the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, and the Ma’rifah Database, in addition to a specialized scientific committee comprising a distinguished group of experts and academics from Arab and international institutions.
This achievement underscores the high academic stature of Professor Dr. Mohammad Salim Al-Zboon and reflects the leading role of the University of Jordan in supporting scientific research and academic excellence at both the Arab and international levels.
