The group's research focuses on five core areas: the integration of emerging technologies into library services; transformations in library space design; user behavior; developments in scholarly publishing and academic communication; and the enhancement of information literacy skills among students and researchers. Among the key topics addressed are: the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning for service personalization and catalog management; employing blockchain technology for securing library data; the transition toward inclusive and hybrid library models; expanding open access publishing; and tackling challenges associated with academic journals.
