The group focuses on empowering and professionally developing teachers in alignment with the demands of the 21st century by equipping them with pedagogical and instructional skills grounded in best practices, digital innovations, and advancements in learning and teaching theories. The ultimate goal is to enhance teachers’ competence and performance, thereby positively impacting the quality of educational outcomes and serving the wider community.

Prof. Diala Hamidi and Dr. Sahar Abu Helo from the Department of Teacher Preparation and Field Training,
Dr. Yousef Al-Arouri from the Department of Information Science and Educational Technology,
Dr. Jihad Al-Anati from the Department of Educational Psychology,
Dr. Majdi Saleh from the Department of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Jordan,
Dr. Emily Pendergrass from the Department of Teaching and Learning at Vanderbilt University (USA),
Dr. Fadi Al-Titi from the Ministry of Education,

The group seeks to develop high-quality, interdisciplinary research in teacher preparation, foster a stimulating research environment that engages students and researchers from Jordan and abroad in pioneering projects, address contemporary educational challenges, and employ advanced artificial intelligence tools to support teaching and learning.
