Obeidat Congratulates University of Jordan School Students on Outstanding Tawjihi Results – Al-Yassar Al-Ghazawi Achieves a Top Score of 98.95%

Obeidat: “This achievement embodies the leadership of the University of Jordan School and the quality of its educational outcomes.”

The University of Jordan School celebrated distinguished results in the General Secondary Education Certificate Examination (Tawjihi) for the academic year 2024/2025, achieving a success rate of 87.1% among its 31 students who sat for the exam. This accomplishment reflects the school’s commitment to academic excellence and quality education.

On this occasion, the President of the University of Jordan, His Excellency Professor Nathir Obeidat, extended heartfelt congratulations to the outstanding students and their families. He praised the pioneering role of the school, its academic and administrative staff, and the support of the School of Educational Sciences. Obeidat emphasized that this success showcases the bright image of the University of Jordan as a leading educational institution across all stages of learning, from school to postgraduate studies.

The results highlighted remarkable achievements: 8 students scored above 95%, 12 students scored above 90%, and 22 students achieved scores above 80%—a clear testament to the high performance and collaborative efforts of students, teachers, and parents alike.

At the top of the distinguished achievers was Al-Yassar Ramzi Khalid Al-Ghazawi with a score of 98.95%, followed by Yamen Rizq Mohammad Al-Jarrah (98.25%) and Layan Ammar Abdul Latif Al-Mahdawi (95.95%). Other students who excelled with scores above 90% include:

  • Yumna Mahmoud Omar Abbabneh (95.70%)

  • Anas Ahmad Hussein Al-Khreisat (95.65%)

  • Basil Fuad Fayez Dweikat (95.65%)

  • Nizar Mudar Ghazi Al-Khader (95.55%)

  • Farah Yazid Mohammad Al-Hamouri (95.30%)

  • Ali Saleh Husni Al-Sharay’a (94.90%)

  • Qais Ghassan Wasfi Bani Munieh (92.40%)

  • Kenzi Nidal Mohammad Alayan (91.70%)

  • Mohammad Raed Fakhri Abu Latifah (91.15%)

Professor Mohammad Sayel Al-Zyoud, Dean of the School of Educational Sciences, expressed his pride in this outstanding achievement, affirming the School’s continued commitment to fostering academic excellence and producing pioneering educational models—of which the University of Jordan School stands as a prime example.

Dr. Olaa Al-Hwayan, Assistant Dean for School Affairs, also expressed her pride in the results, congratulating the outstanding students and their families, while commending the collective efforts of the academic and administrative teams that led to this honorable success.

For his part, the School Principal, Dr. Awad Al-Tarawneh, expressed his great joy at the results, stressing that this success is the fruit of students’ dedication, teachers’ commitment, and the institutional support provided by the University of Jordan and the School of Educational Sciences, making the school a nurturing environment for excellence and creativity.
