The University of Jordan, represented by the School of Educational Sciences, concludes an advanced training program for educational supervisors at the Directorate of Education and Military Culture

The University of Jordan, represented by the School of Educational Sciences and in partnership with the Directorate of Education and Military Culture, has concluded an advanced training program targeting educational supervisors working in military culture schools. This initiative reflects the university’s commitment to enhancing the efficiency of educational staff and strengthening their role in leading teachers’ professional development and improving the quality of education.

The program covered a range of specialized topics in modern educational supervision, including developing leadership skills, supervision aimed at sustainable professional growth, effective classroom management, inclusive education, educational guidance and counseling, as well as the integration of modern technologies and artificial intelligence in line with global developments in the preparation and professional development of educators.

The program was delivered by a distinguished group of faculty members from the Higher Diploma in Teacher Preparation program, who possess extensive experience in training and qualification. This provided participants with access to practical expertise and diverse applied scientific content.

Dean of the School of Educational Sciences, Dr. Mohammad Sael Al-Zayoud, expressed his appreciation to all those who contributed to the program from the School and the Directorate of Military Culture. He commended the commitment and engagement of the participating supervisors, emphasizing that this collaboration reflects the University of Jordan’s dedication to strengthening national partnerships in support of the educational process and elevating its quality.

Assistant Dean for Higher Diploma Affairs, Dr. Mo’ayyad Al-Khawaldeh, also extended his gratitude to the participants for their commitment and discipline, praising the efforts of the school members who provided rich scientific content through diverse training methods that helped achieve the program’s goals.

Similarly, Director of the Higher Diploma in Teacher Preparation program, Dr. Omar Al-Khattab, highlighted the contributions of the faculty members to the success of the program through their practical expertise and the high quality of their delivery, affirming that these efforts reflect the university’s vision of empowering supervisors and teachers with advanced skills that support their fieldwork.

The program concluded with an emphasis on the importance of sustaining such qualitative training initiatives, given their direct role in developing military culture schools and achieving an education system that combines military discipline with academic excellence, ultimately contributing to the preparation of educators capable of keeping pace with modern educational transformations.
