Students who have obtained a high school diploma in the scientific, literary and information technology branch or its equivalent from educational institutions in Jordan or other Arab countries are admitted to this program.

The Council of Deans decides on the study plans that lead to obtaining a bachelor's degree in the specializations offered by the university's colleges, based on the suggestions of the departmental councils and the recommendations of the college councils.
Study plans are developed on the basis of the credit hours system
Each course of the study plans shall be specified (3) credit hours, and it may be reduced or increased by a decision of the Council of Deans.
The credit hours for each course are evaluated on the basis that the weekly lecture or seminar is a credit hour, while the laboratory and application hours are evaluated for each subject separately, and in all cases, the credit hour is calculated not less than two practical hours or two laboratory hours.
