The Council of Deans decides on the study plans that lead to obtaining a bachelor's degree in the specializations offered by the university's colleges, based on the suggestions of the departmental councils and the recommendations of the college councils.
A. Study plans shall be developed on the basis of the credit hours system
B. Each of the courses of the study plans shall be assigned (3) credit hours, and it may be reduced or increased by a decision of the Council of Deans.
C. The credit hours for each course shall be evaluated on the basis that the weekly lecture or seminar shall be a credit hour, while the laboratory and application hours shall be evaluated for each subject separately, and in all cases, the credit hour shall be calculated not less than two practical hours or two laboratory hours.
