After completing the Master of Special Education program, the student is expected to be able to:
1. Use technology effectively at various levels in the implementation of special education programs and services.
2. Analyzes the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families and develops appropriate programs to meet their needs, support and training.
3. Abide by the society's value system and its general ethics and apply professional and ethical standards based on scientific evidence and the ethical constitution for the practice of psychological and educational services related to the field of special education.
4. Uses higher thinking skills, critical thinking, and creative thinking in analyzing and investigating issues related to special education.
5. Adheres to the ethics and requirements of cooperative work with co-workers and support service providers for students with disabilities.
6. Accurately design and implement applied behavior analysis programs for students with disabilities.
7. Provides quality and advanced services in educational, vocational and psychological evaluation and diagnosis, and in the preparation and implementation of educational and rehabilitation programs for students with various disabilities.
8. Demonstrates a deep understanding of quantitative and qualitative scientific research methodologies, methods of data collection, analysis, and interpretation, and employs them in the preparation of his thesis and the preparation of the various types of research related to special education, and submits reports in the light of their results.
