Master In Educational Administration / Program Intended Learning Outcomes

After completing the Master of Educational Administration program, the student is expected to be able to:

1. Demonstrates deep knowledge and understanding of classical and modern theories in educational administration, and uses them in various administrative situations in his institution.
2. Analyzes the management of educational systems, and implements its processes accurately, comprehensively and with the highest quality.
3. Demonstrate a commitment to professional development and continuous learning in the field of educational systems management, and organize a safe and stimulating learning environment for students.
4. It represents the ethics of educational administrative work, and spreads the ethics of the teaching profession among employees.
5. Employs his/her managerial knowledge in investigating educational problems and proposing creative solutions to them.
6. Use ICT to access global databases and information in his/her field of specialization to develop his/her knowledge and skills and to generate new knowledge.
7. Demonstrate professionalism and in-depth understanding in the management and development of educational institutions.
8. Practice professional development in accordance with the needs of the labor market, and develop a self-development plan.
9. Assume responsibility and work effectively within a team and adhere to professional ethics and societal values in performing tasks and work.
10. Apply the basics and methods of scientific research in preparing its thesis and publishing refereed research.
