After completing the master's Program in English Language Curriculum and Teaching/Methods, the student is expected to be able to:
1. Designs curricula in English language methods subjects using different models of design in light of the theoretical frameworks of the curriculum and the objectives of the specialization's teaching.
2. Analyzes and compares the curriculum using different models of curriculum analysis and judges them according to the theoretical frameworks and the objectives of teaching the specialization.
3. Demonstrates a deep understanding of scientific research designs and methods of statistical treatment, employs them in the preparation of his/her thesis, conducts qualitative and quantitative researches, and presents them in specialized scientific seminars or conferences.
4. Employs technology in English language teaching curricula and methods in line with the theoretical frameworks of educational and teaching technology and its developments.
5. Demonstrates a deep understanding of knowledge related to English language styles and shows positive attitudes towards learning and teaching them.
6. Applies various methods and methods in teaching and learning English in different contexts and justifies his choice of method or style.
7. Analyzes the specific problems facing English language teaching and the reasons for the existence of these problems and provides justified solutions to them.
8. Demonstrates a deep understanding of the various strategies and tools in the English language assessment.
9. Uses higher thinking skills, critical thinking, and creativity in analyzing and investigating issues related to English language teaching methods.
