Reference Points The learning outcomes have been developed to reflect the vision and philosophy of the University of Jordan in general and the College of Educational Sciences in particular.   The development of these products was also based on the criteria for the accreditation of the specialization of special education / the Ministry of Higher Education, as well as the national strategy of the Supreme Council for Persons with Disabilities Affairs.  These products have also been tried to be consistent with international standards for the education of persons with disabilities. Some of the products have also been developed through intentional and targeted meetings with employers and graduate students, and the update of existing products in line with the program's vision, quality standards, community needs and available capabilities.
