After completing the Master of Education program, the student is expected to be able to:
1. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the historical, philosophical, social, cultural, and economic origins of education.
2. Demonstrate an understanding of the role of the principles of education in the educational system, and apply them to develop it.
3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the various types of socialization, and their impact on shaping the individual's personality and adopt the best of them in his upbringing of his students.
4. Analyzes educational philosophies, extracting their position on the elements of the educational process, adopting what is compatible with contemporary progressive education.
5. Extracts and analyzes the developmental role of education in the life of the individual and the community, and exercises this role in performing its work towards its students and employees.
6. Applies contemporary educational theories and compares their effectiveness in the educational process, extracting the strengths and weaknesses of each of them.
7. It extracts the elements of strength in the educational systems and proposes a mechanism for their application in the Jordanian educational system.
8. It analyzes the economic cost of education in developed and developing countries and its direct and indirect effects on the individual, society and the state.
9. Develops creative and innovative solutions to the educational problems facing the Jordanian educational system in the light of Islamic education and contemporary educational thought.
10. Practice his work through active membership in teams based on effective communication and creative thinking.
11. He uses ICT to access global databases and information for his professional development.
12. Design and apply scientific research with high skill in preparing its thesis, conducting refereed scientific research, and publishing it in specialized refereed scientific journals.
