After completing the Doctoral in Educational Leadership program, the student is expected to be able to:
1. Appreciates and appreciates the importance of education in society and the importance of educational leaders and their effects on society.
2. Demonstrate social responsibility for his work as an educational leader, and be willing to be held accountable for the performance of his educational institution.
3. Demonstrate deep knowledge and understanding of the basic concepts and theories in leading educational systems, and apply them in various leadership positions.
4. Professionally leads educational institutions to achieve their goals with the highest degrees of quality, effectiveness and efficiency.
5. Demonstrates a commitment to professional development and continuous learning in leading educational systems, and writes technical reports on the performance of their organization.
6. The ethics of education are represented by the educational leader, and he adheres to the ethics of the leadership and teaching profession and the values that regulate the society.
7. Employs his/her leadership knowledge in investigating educational problems and proposing creative solutions to them.
8. Use ICT to access global databases and information in his field of specialization to develop his knowledge and skills in generating new knowledge.
9. Adapts to the requirements of the labor market, and demonstrates the ability to modify educational programs to comply with modernity and scientific development.
10. Possess the skills of working in a team, respecting the other opinion, communication and creative thinking, and use them to turn educational policies into reality.
11. Designs and applies quantitative and qualitative research in investigating issues related to educational leadership, in the preparation of his/her thesis and in publishing peer-reviewed research in refereed international scientific journals.
12. Develops and proposes models in educational leadership, based on successful models globally.
