After completing the PhD program in Curriculum and Teaching/General Curriculum, the student is expected to be able to:
1. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the knowledge related to curriculum preparation, learning and teaching strategies, and the relationship of knowledge to the curriculum philosophically, pedagogically, and psychologically.
2. Compares the recent trends in curriculum preparation and teacher education and the multiple models in the development and development of school curricula.
3. Innovates qualitative solutions to contemporary issues in curricula and teaching.
4. Shows positive attitudes about the need for inquiry in the curriculum and touches on contemporary issues in curricula and teaching.
5. Evaluates the intellectual development of local curricula in accordance with international standards.
6. Apply the concepts of curriculum management, its tasks and quality control in the relevant educational fields such as schools, directorates of education, and the Ministry of Education.
7. Compares the concepts and designs of qualitative and quantitative research and employs research methodologies.
8. Employs scientific research methodologies in the preparation of its thesis and some theoretical and applied researches, and in solving educational problems in the curricula and presenting them in scientific seminars or conferences.
9. Design curricula and assessment tools in accordance with international standards.
10. Employs technology in curriculum design and classroom teaching in line with international standards for learning and teaching technology.
