After completing the Master of Educational Psychology/Measurement and Evaluation program, the student is expected to be able to:
1. Demonstrates a deep understanding of scientific research designs and methods of statistical processing and employs them in conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
2. Distinguish between evaluation methods and their characteristics and employ them effectively in different evaluative situations.
3. Employs analytical statistics in preparing his thesis and conducting some theoretical and applied researches, and has the ability to interpret and write the results, and present them orally and in writing in seminars, conferences, or reports prepared in accordance with the publication standards of the American Psychological Association.
4. Professionally develops information collection tools and employs the principles of analytical statistics in various evaluative, research and applied situations.
5. Applies the principles of classical theory of measurement in the construction of psychological and educational tests and scales, providing the connotations of truthfulness and consistency for them, and deriving their performance standards.
6. Employs the results of the process of measuring trends, tendencies and values in the process of career guidance and guidance.
7. Computer programs for data analysis are used to construct and correct standards and tests, interpret their results, and derive standards related to them.
8. Uses higher thinking skills, critical thinking, and creative thinking in analyzing and investigating issues related to measurement and evaluation.
9. Demonstrates an interest in continuous learning and professional growth and demonstrates a commitment to the acquisition and generation of new knowledge and skills using technology and databases effectively.
