Ph.D. IN Educational Technology / Program Intended Learning Outcomes

After completing the PhD program in Educational Technology, the student is expected to be able to:
1. Demonstrate deep knowledge and understanding of the core concepts and skills for the ideal use of educational technology in the classroom.
2. A good understanding of how technology can be used to provide solutions to educational problems.
3. Design the necessary methods and tools for the development of innovative learning environments.
4. Using multiple educational media in order to communicate and cooperate effectively with students, colleagues, and others.
5. Using different evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of educational devices and programs in improving students' learning.
6. Apply information, findings and recent research related to the use of educational technology in educational practices.
7. Identify appropriate areas for the use and employment of ICT-specific skills in education.
8. Conveying the impact of ICT in educational institutions and its impact on the learning and teaching process.
9. Working to bring (content, motivation, practical experiences, and good classroom management) to the classrooms, in order to motivate students and bring about the required learning in them.
10. Using and employing technology in education to promote curiosity and develop creativity in students, and engage them in meaningful problem-solving activities.
11. Effectively employing ICTs in education, rather than using them 12. Student data alone to evaluate and modify teaching procedures.
12. Develop good educational plans that include good use of technology, teaching strategies, and appropriate assessment methods.
13. Motivating and working on developing services and systems to provide educational multimedia and services based on the use and employment of the Internet in the learning and teaching process to the best of the best.
