Reference Points Targeted learning outcomes have been developed to reflect the following benchmarks (e.g., the vision and mission of the university, professional unions, accreditation bodies, and quality standards at the University of Jordan)
The learning outcomes have been developed to reflect the vision and philosophy of the University of Jordan in general and the College of Educational Sciences in particular.   The development of these products was also based on the accreditation criteria of the Counseling and Mental Health Specialization / Ministry of Higher Education, as well as the national strategy to keep pace with the developments of psychological and educational counseling. These products also tried to be consistent with international standards for psychological and educational counseling.
