The Faculty of Educational Sciences hosted Professor Dr. Sohail Haddadin, the Dean of the Faculty of Higher Studies, in a meeting where the ways to improve the higher studies programs in the college were discussed.
The Dean of the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Professor Dr. Muhammad Sail Al-Zayoud, began the meeting welcoming the Dean of the College of Higher Studies and his deputy, Dr. Faryal Abu Awad, and thanked them for their good efforts in serving the graduate students of the College and for their constant attention to the quality of the programs the College offers.
In his turn, Dr. Hadadin spoke about many issues and challenges that the Faculty of Studies is working to overcome in cooperation with faculties, headed by the Faculty of Educational Sciences, including the largest number of programs and graduate students.
Dr. Haddadin pointed out that the development of plans and programs to keep up with the latest scientific innovations and what prestigious international universities put forward is a priority for the University of Jordan, where all faculties are currently updating the plans of higher studies programs. He added that artificial intelligence has become a reality and should indeed be addressed in graduate programs and student writing for letters and scientific research by spreading awareness and the ethics it regulates, along with regular legislation taking advantage of world-leading experiments.
At the end of the meeting, Dr. Al-Zayoud pointed out that the Faculty of Educational Sciences has completed the development of all plans of the graduate programs in the college and awaiting final approvals to develop 5 new graduate programs. The meeting also included an extensive dialogue with the leadership team of the Faculty of Education Sciences and members of the Higher Studies Committee of the College.
