Ongoing Quality Improvement Efforts at the School of Educational Sciences

​As part of its commitment to fostering a culture of quality and institutional excellence, the School of Educational Sciences welcomed the internal audit team formed by the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Center. The team included Mr. Ibrahim Dhiab, Dr. Fairooz Bahlaq, and Ms. Israa Al-Momani, and their visit aimed to follow up on the School's implementation of the Quality Assurance Matrix standards.

The team was received by Prof. Ramzi Fathi Haroun, Vice Dean for Quality, Scientific Research, and E-Learning, along with Ms. Iman Saleem, the Assistant Dean.

Prof. Haroun welcomed the team members and expressed his deep appreciation for the efforts of the Accreditation Center in supporting the university's faculties and monitoring quality improvement processes. He reaffirmed the commitment of the School's administration and all academic and administrative staff to applying quality policies and using them as an integrated work system.

Prof. Haroun pointed out that the School has now reached a stage where the culture of quality has become embedded in its daily practices, both academically and administratively. He also highlighted the intensive efforts made by the School to build upon the achievements reflected in the most recent internal audit report, in which the School ranked first among the humanities faculties and fifth at the university level.

He further emphasized that the School's quality teams and various committees are working diligently to develop continuous improvement plans, aimed at strengthening areas of excellence and addressing opportunities for enhancement, ultimately contributing positively to learning outcomes, scientific research, and community service.

During the visit, the auditing team reviewed the results of the previous report with the School's quality team, and all inquiries were thoroughly addressed.

At the end of the visit, Prof. Haroun reaffirmed the School of Educational Sciences' continued pursuit of the highest standards of excellence and quality, and expressed eagerness for further collaboration with the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Center in service of the School, the university, and the community.
