A session on "Assessing Students' Readiness for Field Training and Practicum Education Course " was conducted at the School of Educational Sciences.
The purpose of this assessment process is to identify both general and individual training needs as a prelude to providing high-quality and differentiated training for students.
It should be noted that this assessment is part of the School's efforts to improve training processes and outcomes, in line with international accreditation requirements. Approximately 40 students from the Bachelor's programs in Early Grades Teacher and Early Childhood Education participated in this task.
