The School of Educational Sciences at the University of Jordan, represented by Prof. Muhannad Al-Shbool, Professor of Educational Technology in the Department of Information Science and Educational Technology, participated in a specialized workshop titled “Methods of Using Artificial Intelligence and Integrating It into the Educational Process.” The workshop was held at the Prince Hussein bin Abdullah Academy for Civil Protection, under the patronage of the Academy’s Dean, Dr. Rida Al-Batosh.
The workshop was organized in partnership between Intrazero DMCC and Choice and the Academy, with the aim of highlighting cutting-edge practical applications of artificial intelligence in teaching and learning contexts.
The event included presentations on several topics, such as the importance of employing AI to enhance the effectiveness of education, support teachers in designing personalized learning experiences tailored to student needs, and increase engagement by making the learning process more interactive and appealing.
The workshop also covered practical themes related to reinventing digital examinations using AI with a focus on academic integrity, empowering educational institutions through data use and automation, and showcasing models of personalized learning made possible through AI technologies.
At the conclusion of the workshop, the Academy’s Dean, Dr. Rida Al-Batosh, expressed his appreciation to the University of Jordan for its contribution in providing advanced professional content that enriched the workshop’s discussions and contributed to its success.
